Regular Monthly Meeting

Tuesday, September 17  – 6:00 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce Meeting Room 412 S. Rogers St. in Waxahachie.  Please park behind the building.  The entrance to the meeting room is right off the rear parking lot.  Come and bring a friend! Our speaker will be Kim Fuller, President of the Ellis County Homeless Coalition.  The Ellis County Homeless Coalition leads the efforts to identify homeless issues, to assist those experiencing homelessness with resources, and to support the development of community strategies to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.  The Coalition is raising awareness of the need for affordable housing, and the increasing need for services for people experiencing homelessness in Ellis County.  We will also be talking about the upcoming election, and ways we can contribute to the effort to Get Out the Vote.
